By accessing or using Bonden, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Bonden and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you can form a binding contract and that you will comply with these Terms.

3. User Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy

Bonden is built on respect. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against:

• Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior during voice sessions or text chats.
• Creating fake accounts, catfishing, or bypassing the face verification system.
• Hate speech, racism, or discriminatory behavior of any kind.

Violating these rules will result in immediate, permanent account termination and device banning.

4. Safety & Liability

While Bonden takes significant measures (such as face verification and locked locations) to ensure user authenticity, you agree to exercise reasonable caution in all interactions. Bonden is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Service.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.
